Charles Pulliam

Charles Pulliam manages the district human resources, professional development, performance measurement, and fundraising operations as well as the organization’s overall people strategies. In addition, he serves Life School by assisting with the establishment of organizational excellence objectives and change management strategies. Charles has assisted numerous corporations with the realization of growth strategies as they relate to the attraction and retention of highly qualified human capital.

Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other volunteer activities. He is sought after by corporations, nonprofits, and volunteer organizations to speak on topics related to productivity, attitude, work ethic, values, and other subjects. 

Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University. In addition, he has industry experiences that include: military, software development, health information systems, legal information systems, professional services, oil and gas (LNG), non-profit, and public education. He is a certified personnel consultant, certified CHAMPS instructor, certified Love & Logic facilitator, and a certified Texas educator with certifications in Business Education, EC-12 Special Education, and 4-8 Generalist.
