Charles Pulliam is the Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Life School of Dallas. In his position, Charles provides the visionary leadership and management of the district Human Capital Management Systems & Strategies, which include: human resources, training & professional development, performance measurement, pay-for-performance, remuneration strategies, community involvement, and fund raising efforts. In addition, he serves Life School by leading staff efforts to maintain vocational excellence while adhering to the established Life School mission, vision, and quality standards. He is also responsible for leading effective change management strategies.
Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory and directorship, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other volunteer activities. He is sought after by corporations, non-profits, and volunteer organizations to speak on topics related to business, productivity, attitude, work ethic, values, personal performance, and other subjects. Charles’ leadership experience includes successful development, planning, and realization of continuous improvement goals and comprehensive growth strategies.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University. In addition, he has industry experiences that include: military, software development, health information systems, legal information systems, professional services, oil & gas (LNG), not-for-profit, and public education. He is a certified personnel consultant, certified CHAMPS instructor, certified Love & Logic facilitator, and a certified Texas educator with certifications in Business Education, EC-12 Special Education, and 4-8 Generalist.
Charles serves as a member of the Community Council of Greater Dallas Board of Directors and co-chairs it Fund Development Sub-committee.
