BIG CITY CRUSHED CONCRETE COMPANY is applying for a permit to process concrete removed from demolished buildings and other sources. It is the opinion of Life School Administration and Board members that the concrete crushing plant will threaten the safety and health of persons in close proximity to the plant. Air quality will be affected and the noise of heavy machinery will be disruptive to the learning processes of Life School students.

Red Oak Athletes Advance to Post-Season Competition

The Mustang boys golf team captured the school’s first golf district championship by winning the District 24-A title, played April 7 and 14 at Waco’s Connelly Golf Course.  Danny de los Santos took first place and was joined by teammates Zach Hoover, Patrick Wilson, Alec Wilson and Calob Embrey at the Region III-A Tournament played April 19-20 at Piney Woods Golf Club in Nacogdoches.  The Mustangs took 5th place out of 15 teams.  Zach Hoover becomes Life Red Oak’s first-ever state qualifier and will compete in the State Golf Tournament to be held May 10-11 in Austin.
