The following benefits are available for full-time employees working 40 hours/week: 

1. Health Insurance (Full-time Employees: Employee base plan coverage is provided by the employer.  Principals: Employee buy-up plan coverage is provided by the employer.  Officers:  Family buy-up plan coverage is provided by the employer.)
2. $20,000 of Group Life Insurance and AD&D is provided by the employer
3. Long-term Disability Insurance is provided by the employer
4. Dental Insurance (optional): Employer will cover a portion of the premium if elected
5. Vision Insurance; Voluntary Employee, Spouse, and Child Life Insurance; Short-term Disability Insurance; and supplemental insurance: Employee’s option and expense
6. Worker’s Compensation Insurance is provided by the employer
7. Power House offers a 25% discount to Life School employees.  Make sure you tell the Power House coordinator that you work for Life School when you enroll your child.

The following benefits are available for full-time employees working a miniumum of 20 hours/week:
