July 6, 2010, Dallas, TX – Dr. Tom Wilson spoke about the vision of charter schools in Texas and the success of the Life School District. “Life School seeks to develop leaders with the necessary skills to achieve success in the 21st century. “Dr. Wilson, how do you feel about your new position as Chancellor?,” he was asked. He answered, “I’m excited about the new role. As Chancellor, I’m very involved with the success of the District. A few of my duties will be to facilitate leadership training, improve student performance on district, state, and national assessments, provide a safe and orderly environment for all students and employees, and oversee the development of academic programs that enable the student body to compete on a national level in science and mathematics.”
Wilson states, “Life School has had years of success in the Dallas Metroplex and I’m looking forward to continued success in the years to come.”
