Charles Pulliam - Chief Development Officer
Charles Pulliam is the Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Life School of Dallas. In his position, Charles provides the visionary leadership and management of the district’s mission advancement efforts. In his role, Charles is responsible for philanthropic giving, crowdfunding, fundraising events, fund development programs and strategies, grants, foundation relationships, communication and marketing strategies, capital campaigns, and strategic growth and expansion efforts.
Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory and directorship, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other volunteer activities. He is sought after by corporations, non-profits, and volunteer organizations to speak on topics related to human resources, organization development, change management, fund development, business, productivity, attitude, work ethic, values, personal performance, strategic vision, corporate goal setting, and other subjects. Charles’ leadership experience includes successful development, planning, and realization of continuous improvement goals and comprehensive growth strategies.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University and his MBA from Dallas Baptist University. In addition, he has industry experiences that include: military, software development, health information systems, legal information systems, professional services, oil & gas (LNG), not-for-profit, and public education. He is a certified personnel consultant, certified CHAMPS instructor, certified Love & Logic facilitator, and a certified Texas educator with certifications in Business Education, EC-12 Special Education, and 4-8 Generalist.
