Jennifer Wilson - Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Wilson (no relation to Superintendent Brent Wilson) joined LifeSchool of Dallas in April 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1997, is a Certified Public Accountant, and served Duncanville ISD for 12 years prior to joining the Life School team.

Jennifer has a passion for leadership. As an education executive for more than 10 years, Jennifer is known for responsible decision making, building relationships and developing people. In her role as the chief financial officer, Jennifer is responsible for creating systems and processes to ensure fiscal stewardship. She believes in having a HEART to serve. With a focus on relationships, she promotes a culture of being helpful, efficient, authentic and reliable, while working as a team to accomplish the mission of Life School.

Pursuing a desire for developing people, Jennifer became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in 2015 and provides individual and team coaching to leaders within Life School as well as leaders in the community. Her strengths-based approach to leadership led her to create 5:1 Leadership, a system for establishing leadership goals, gaining valuable feedback and realizing leadership potential.

Jennifer enjoys staying involved with the community through volunteering with youth leadership groups, teaching financial literacy to students and serving on local committees and boards. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Southwest, was a youth basketball coach for 7 years, has served on multiple committees with Midlothian ISD and currently participates on the Waxahachie Project committee for Equipping the Next Generation and serves on the executive board of the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce.
